1 : I use a Digital Terrestrial box (DTT) and I have connected the aerial directly to the DTT box. I don't seem to be able to receive any TV Listings data, why?

Some DTT boxes can distort the data and therefore we recommend that the aerial be connected directly to both the GUIDE Plus+ unit and the DTT box:
If you have only one aerial wall outlet please purchase a "splitter" ("Y" piece) to create two separate cables:

- Connect one cable to the GUIDE Plus+ unit,
- Connect one cable to the DTT box,
- Connect the DTT box via a Scart cable to the GUIDE Plus+ unit,
- Access the GUIDE Plus+ unit Setup area by pressing the system button on your remote control,
- Use the down arrow until you reach Installation,
- In Installation select Automatic Search,
- After the search exit the GUIDE Plus+ unit setup area, tune to ITV and leave it on overnight,
- The next day, check to see if you have received TV Listings data.
