The Setup area is used to define the basic settings of your GUIDE Plus+® system such as language, country, postal code location, TV reception type and equipment configuration.
Most of the settings will have been made during the initial setup of your DVDR, PVR or TV equipped with the GUIDE Plus+ system.
If you move, if you change television service providers or if you get a new external receiver, you will have to use the Setup area to modify the elements that have changed.
To access the Setup area, use the arrow keys to go to the Menu Bar, then navigate right to select Setup. Once in the Setup area, use the arrow keys to select the item you need to modify, and then follow the on-screen instructions to make your changes.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Some changes (e.g. country, postal code) might require a new download of TV listings information. This can take up to 24 hours.
