Schedule

The Schedule area of the GUIDE Plus+® system displays the list of programmes you have scheduled for recording or watching. Programmes set to be recorded are displayed in a different colour than programmes set as watch reminders (colours vary by manufacturer). The number of programmes that can be set for recording or set as watch reminders varies by manufacturer. (Note:  not all features are available in all models.)

The Schedule area also lets you manage the list of programmes you have scheduled for recording or watching. You can delete or change already scheduled events, or add new events using the SHOWVIEW®/VIDEO Plus+® system (if this feature is available) or manually.

Once you schedule a programme for watching or recording, it is logged into the Schedule area with the following basic information:

- Day and Month
- Title Qual: Recording Quality (different levels set by the manufacturer)
- Freq: Recording Frequency (Once, Daily or Weekly on the same day)
- Timing: adding minutes to the end of the programme (or choosing the VPS/PDC option) to ensure complete recording, and
- Destination:  where the recording will reside (HDD, DVD) etc., depending on your equipment configuration)

As you cursor up and down the scheduled events, the Information Box displays the programme description, channel name and number, start time and length, as well as the “i” icon if there is additional information.

If all the information for your scheduled events is correct, simply press Home to go back to the Grid area.
