You can use the red Record button at the top of the screen to set up a programme for automatic recording via the GUIDE Plus+® system. Simply highlight the programme title in the listings area and press the red button (for “Record”) on your remote control. At the right time, the unit will tune to the correct channel and record the programme. The number of programmes you can store for recording depends on each manufacturer’s implementation.
You can also use the green Watch button to set a reminder to watch the programme. When the start time comes, a reminder message appears on screen. The number of programmes you can store as a reminder depends on each manufacturer’s implementation.
The programmes you have designated for recording can be reviewed in the Schedule area. Programmes to be recorded are displayed in a different colour than programmes set for Watch reminders.
To return to the current time in the Grid listings, press the blue button on your remote control, corresponding to the blue Home button at the top of the screen.
Note: Some features, such as Watch, or the ability to control an external receiver, may not be implemented by the manufacturer in certain models. Please check your Instruction Manual to verify which GUIDE Plus+ features your model has.
