The GUIDE Plus+ system interacts seamlessly with whatever type of TV reception you have in your home (digital terrestrial, cable, satellite or regular antenna) and displays programme listings for all your major channels.
The GUIDE Plus+ system includes up to seven days of programme listings. You can search the listings by day, channel or category, and even create personalized searches. You can also create a personal viewing profile and receive recommendations of what to watch based on this profile. You can record any programme listed in the guide just by pressing a button because the GUIDE Plus+ system controls all major brands of external receivers (satellite receiver, set top box or cable box).
And, the programme listings in the GUIDE Plus+ system are updated every day --- free of charge --- so you will always have the most current information about what's on TV.
The GUIDE Plus+ system was developed by Gemstar-TV Guide International and has been available in the United States and Japan since the mid-1990s. Now, the GUIDE Plus+ system is available in all the major European countries, such as the United Kingdom, France, Germany, and more.
